As you already know, college is my option of choice after school. I am planning on playing baseball in college so my college of choice is still unsure of. I would greatly appreciate if you would write a letter of recommendation for me. Because I have taken almost every science class with you, you know the quality of my work, my work ethics, and my passion for things I love doing. You also know the kind of person I am.

As my science teacher, you know how hard I work and the effort I put into my school work; but not only school work but my extra-curicular activities as well. You have always been there for me and were willing to help so you also know that I care about my work.
